WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT
GROSSMAN & ASSOCIATES, LTD. LEGAL FEES

The following is intended to inform and educate our Clients about Grossman & Associates, Ltd. philosophy of providing exceptional legal services to our Clients. This message is designed to provide fee guidelines. Our billing practices are as important to us as they are to you. As a valued Client, we wish to keep you informed of our billing practices in the same way we keep you informed about the status of the legal matter you have placed in our care.

Our goal is to keep you informed because you deserve to know discover who we are, how we work, and the value of the legal services we provide.

When purchasing our legal services, please remember the following:

• Attorneys can rarely quote a fixed fee for legal services. An attorney who quotes a fixed fee based upon preliminary assumptions runs the risk that the matter may become far more complex and consume far more time than originally expected.
• Let us know your expectations up front.
• Our goal is to give you peace of mind, offer you solutions, and resolve your conflicts. We strive to give you clear paths to achieve your goals.
• We seek the highest level of efficiency. When appropriate, an associate or staff person may be assigned to your case. Clients benefit from the lower hourly rates and access to others who are knowledgeable about their case in the event the partner is unavailable.
• Our legal fees are generally calculated at hourly rates. Costs are direct expenses incurred in relation to your case and passed along to you without mark-up or profit to us.
• Invoices are generated twice a month, on the 1st and the 15th.
• We request that you pay all invoices within fourteen (14) days.
• If you wish to discuss a payment plan we are happy to do so.
• Interest is charged at the rate of 1.5% per month for past due invoices.

We treat all of our clients fairly by providing a 14-day grace period. As always, we are willing to accommodate our clients based on individual circumstances.

We realize, however, that as hard as we try, sometimes a billing issue will arise. If you have any questions please ask us. Only satisfied Clients enhance our reputation and make our business successful.
